1 DAY TOUR WITH SUNRISE AND SUNSET

Day 1: Thank you so much for your interest in seeing our very beautiful country , it would be a pleasure to show you around , For one day tour I would like to recommend you to visit the most beautiful temples :

We will begin with the beautiful sunrise at Angkor Wat , at this point we will departure at 4:50AM in the morning from the lobby of your accommodation (Hotel) and our first stop I will show you Angkor Wat one of the largest Hindu Temple in the world, After sunrise we will visit everything inside Angkor wat , and our next stop I will take you to visit to the beautiful South Gate the of Angkor Thom.(The ancient capital ). Inside we will visit Bayon temple. It’s the highlight temple in the centre of Angkor Thom city with 49 towers in which every tower has 4 faces, so that means there are 196 faces of Budhhistsatva Avalokestesvara and we walk to the next temple nearby called Baphoun which is a Hindu temple built before Angkor Wat in 11st Century. The big Reclining Buddha behind it was built in 16th Century & we continue to Royal Enclosure Wall nearby with visit Elephant & Leper King Terrace , still within the complex of Angkor Thom. Then we continue to outside Angkor Thom complex to visit Ta keo the pyramid temple , Ta Prohm ( A jungle temple temple Set up by Angelina Jolie ) I hope you saw the movie ( Tomb Raider ) on the small circuit road. This temple is one with a lot of gigantic tree roots over the temple where Hollywood made the movie “Tomb Raider”.

After busy couple hours in the morning around 12:30pm or 1:00PM you may get hungry and we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant nearby the temple

After lunch around 1:30pm or 2:00pm we’ll continue to visit Banteay Kdie temple and our last stop we’ll continue to Phnom Bakheng climb the hill and temple for enjoy watching sunset view. After sunset when getting dark then we come down the hill and return to your hotel by 6:00pm or 6:30PM,

Note: Due to the limited number of tourists at the peak on Phnom Bakheng then we will require or take you to climb up Phnom Bakheng a bit earlier and you can take a bit more longer waiting for sunset ( Note : Waiting & see sunset will take 1:30 hours – 2 hours ).

At night: If on your request we can offer for free for bring you at night to have Buffet dinner with Watching Cambodian traditional performance (Apsara Show) but dinner show you pay by yourself.

Remark

1. For temple tour, please dress properly for visiting temples. If you wear shorts and T-shirts, make sure they are long enough to be knee length and shoulder covered. No scarf or shawl and tank top are allowed.
2. In case, please take camera re-charger with you when we have lunch you can recharge it.
3. Our private tour fee is for per group not per person and we only accept cash in US dollar or Riel.You can pay us at the end of your trip.
4. For dinner with Apsara Show, we are able to reserve seats for you. Please let us know if you need our help.

Tips

✅ Please note that you must be dressed appropriately for visiting some of our temples, Angkor Wat, Baphoun inside Angkor Thom, Phnom Bakheng and climbing some temples. This means your pants or skirt should cover your knees and shirt can not be sleeveless (make sure that your shirt covers your shoulders, no singlets!) otherwise you won’t be allowed entry or to climb up this is by Temples Authority. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended and wearing light cotton clothes are suggested as well for the weather from March to July as it’s very hot with high humidity.
✅ We suggest you to bring your camera charger then you can recharge it during your lunch break at restaurant
✅ The official currency in Cambodia is the Cambodian Riel (KHR), however USD$ are used everywhere in the country and most of the prices are set in USD. We advise you to bring US$ and remember to bring new and clean bank notes as the old or torn notes will not be accepted at most places. ATMs are almost everywhere in the city also and making it easy to withdraw cash in USD. The exchange rate is usually roughly KHR4000 to US$1, so if you give US$2 for something which costs KHR6000, you will usually receive back KHR2000.
